With more than three decades of experience in senior healthcare, Eleanor Florence is dedicated to ensuring every resident receives the highest level of personalized care. Her background includes hospice, rehabilitation, restorative care, and assisted living, giving her a well-rounded understanding of each resident’s unique needs.
Eleanor is known for her compassionate approach, strong communication, and commitment to improving quality of life. She works closely with residents, families, and caregivers to provide thoughtful care that promotes comfort, dignity, and peace of mind.
Marissa Brown
Executive Director
As Executive Director, Marissa Brown leads Monarch House with compassion, professionalism, and a lifelong commitment to senior care. A Newnan native, she began her healthcare journey as a Certified Nursing Assistant while still in high school and has continued expanding her expertise through advanced certifications and nursing education.
Inspired by caring for her own grandfather, Marissa is passionate about helping seniors live comfortably and confidently while supporting families through every stage of their loved one’s journey. Her leadership is centered on empathy, personalized care, and the creation of a true home away from home for every resident.

Cynthia brings creativity, warmth, and enthusiasm to every day at Monarch House. With over 30 years of healthcare experience, she is passionate about creating engaging activities that encourage social interaction, personal fulfillment, and joyful experiences for residents.
Her caring nature and ability to connect with others help foster a vibrant community where residents can stay active, build friendships, and enjoy meaningful moments together.

Kitchen Manager
Jessica combines decades of culinary experience with a genuine passion for serving others. She prepares fresh, nutritious meals designed to meet residents’ dietary needs while offering variety, comfort, and exceptional flavor.
Her dedication to creating enjoyable dining experiences helps make every meal something residents can look forward to. Through thoughtful menu planning and heartfelt hospitality, Jessica plays an important role in making Monarch House feel like home.
